Who is Nice Pets?

Nice Pets has been the exclusive Swiss distributor of Iv San Bernard since 2026. We supply grooming salons, retailers and private customers. Find out more.

Can I buy as a private customer?

Yes. The shop is open to private and trade customers alike. Only the professional sizes, from 1 to 10 litres, are reserved for trade accounts.

How do I choose the right product?

Start from the species, coat type and need (shine, detangling, sensitive skin…). In the shop you can filter by range, coat type and property. If in doubt, write to us.

Are the products suitable for cats?

The Just for Cats range is formulated exclusively for cats, and other products are indicated for both dogs and cats. On a cat, only use products whose product page mentions cats.

How do I open a trade account?

Fill in the form in the trade area. We check your business and send you your login details.

What are the delivery times and charges?

Allow 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of payment. Delivery costs CHF 9.90 and is free for orders from CHF 50.–; for trade customers it costs CHF 20.– and is free for goods from CHF 300.– excl. VAT. Details on the delivery and payment page.

How do I pay?

By invoice, payable in advance. Your order is prepared as soon as payment is received.

Can I return a product?

No: we do not take back products delivered in accordance with the order, even unopened, because we cannot check that a care product has not been used. A defective, incorrect or transport-damaged item will of course be replaced or refunded. See the return and refund policy.

Do the products replace veterinary treatment?

No. These are cosmetic and hygiene products for animals. If a skin or coat problem persists, consult your vet.
