Delivery and payment
Where do we deliver?
To Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For delivery to another country, contact us and we will send you a separate quote.
Delivery charges

| Trade customers (trade account) | CHF 20.– – free for goods from CHF 300.– excl. VAT |
Delivery charges include VAT. The threshold for private customers applies to the order amount including VAT; the threshold for trade customers applies to the value of the goods excluding VAT.
Drying cabins and grooming tables are delivered by carrier: we will send you a quotation for the delivery costs before shipping.
Delivery time
2 to 3 weeks after receipt of payment. This is an estimate.
Payment
Orders are paid by invoice in advance: we prepare your order as soon as payment is received. If payment is not received within 10 days of the invoice, the order may be cancelled. Any other payment methods offered are shown when you order.
Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs, including VAT. Logged-in trade customers see their prices excluding VAT.
Damaged parcel
Report it to info@nice-pets.ch, if possible within 48 hours, with photos of the parcel and its contents, and keep the packaging.
Returns
We do not take back products delivered in accordance with the order, even unopened, because we cannot check that they have not been used; this applies to private and trade customers alike. A defective, incorrect or transport-damaged item will be replaced or refunded. See our return and refund policy.
