Between baths

How often? A bath every 3 to 4 weeks on average, regular brushing and a salon groom every 6 to 8 weeks.

Care tailored to this breed

Keeping white bright

A white coat quickly dulls and yellows (saliva, tears, soil). Alternate the usual shampoo with a whitening treatment, without using it at every wash.

Cleaning around the eyes

The area around the eyes gets dirty easily in this breed (tears, dust). Gentle, regular cleaning prevents stains and crusts.

Ear care

Drooping or very hairy ears get little air. Regular cleaning, especially after a bath or a swim, keeps them clean.

Preventing knots

Long or fine hair tangles quickly. Detangle before the bath, then use a detangling treatment and brush section by section.

At the salon, your groomer can also use Iv San Bernard’s professional lines (Bianco e Nero, Vanesia, Zeolithe), reserved for groomers.
