Do you sell to private customers?
Yes. Our shop is open to professionals and private customers alike.
Can you recommend a product?
Gladly. Tell us about your animal, its breed or coat type, and what you are looking for: we will guide you through our ranges.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Allow 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery is free for orders from CHF 50.– (trade customers: from CHF 300.– excl. VAT); other rates are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
Can I return a product?
Private customers have 14 days to return an unopened product. Professional orders are final. Full details are in our return policy.
I run a salon or a shop: how do I get your trade terms?
